Flo Reformer Pilates Belper

My sister invited me to the flo opening event and since then I’ve literally not left the place I try to go to at least two classes a week the times I go I have become a regular to Jen’s classes and let me tell you if you want to go to a reformer class and actually come away feeling like you have had a good workout this is where you need to go! I’ve met the most wonderful girls going to this place I recently went to the Halloween event that was hosted here and I went on my own not knowing a soul and left with some new friends it’s such a welcoming place. I’ve also met the owner of flo through attending some of the same classes and it’s so nice to see women thriving in business. Overall 10/10 xxx

7 weeks ago I saw a post on IG about a gorgeous little reformer pilates studio opening in Belper, I sent it to my sister in law and said 'Shall we?'. Safe to say we haven't looked back since and has become a weekly Wednesday night ritual with Jenna. We have loved her classes and the energy she brings so much. If you are looking for a place to quiet the buzz of the outside world, have a giggle and decompress whilst also pushing yourself, then Flo is absolutely the place for you ❤️

Can't recommend this place enough! I'd never tried reformer pilates until my first session at Flo, but the friendliness and warmth of the class instantly put any nerves at ease. Jenna has been absolutely fab, her sessions are fun and challenging, and we can't get through a class without a good laugh! You leave every session feeling strong and happy (and with legs burning haha) Huge thank you Jenna & the Flo team 😊 x
