I am a reformer Pilates newbie and felt like the beginners class was perfect for me. The instructors are very friendly and have created fun reformer classes. I will keep coming back! Also, the studio is in a beautiful old dye house building that was apart of the 18th century mill that was originally on this location.
I’ve loved starting reformer Pilates at bloom. I love Danni’s classes, she is so positive and patient with her explanations. I love having an hour to myself in a busy life, working and being a mum of 3. I come away from the class feeling so calm and refreshed but I can also feel that I am getting stronger too.
