My husband and I attend Lynne Scott’s Pilates class in Shavington. Lynne is very friendly and has many years experience at teaching Pilates and keep fit classes. The classes comprise a warm up and cooling down section as well as stretching exercises to tone the body. Lynne teaches to all ability levels, giving modified ways to perform exercises for those exercises that are more challenging. Lynne is also accommodating when it is not possible to attend a class, by offering a space (if and when available) at another class during that week. We enjoy Lynne’s classes and feel the physical benefit from attending. Thank you Lynne 👏
