My weekly lessons with Amanda are by far the best money I spend on supporting my physical and mental health. Amanda has been my pilates teacher since Jan. 2016 and I look forward to every lesson. She is incredibly thorough and keeps a close eye on all class participants. It is obvious that Amanda prepares her lesson plans with detail and purpose. We work on our bodies from the tip of our toes to the top of our head. The atmosphere of the classes is joyful and serious all at once. Amanda makes everyone work at the very best of their individual abilities. All movements are slow and controlled. We very rarely get out of breath but wow!! don't be fooled! we work hard! Our movements get fine-tuned to insure we don't injure ourselves. Over the years, I have accumulated a great amount of knowledge, self awareness, strength and balance. It is all thanks to Amanda's teaching. Joining the waiting list of AM pilates classes was an excellent choice for me. Thank you Amanda!
