After a hip replacement operation and six months of recovery I went to Katie Bolt to her well equipped Perennial Pilates Studio for treatment to rebuild my muscles. She was kind, patient and brilliant in her treatment. In a relatively short time she made a huge difference. I strongly recommend her and I would not hesitate to return for any future treatment.
After two caesareans and years of juggling kids and a full time job, I became conscious that aches and pains I had tried to ignore were becoming chronic. Over just a few tailored one-hour sessions, Katie has helped me to rebuild my core. I feel stronger, fitter, more confident and more energetic and I look forward to continuing.
