I've been going to Ease Pilates for over two years. When I started, I had a lot of pain in my shoulder and couldn't do some of the level 1 exercises. Now I am much stronger and have advanced through the levels! The small class sizes mean our teacher can adapt lessons to what we might want or need, giving individual adjustments if I'm feeling super strong one day, or tired another. It's a really supportive community and because each teacher has a different style, you can find one that suits you. I can feel it's made me faster at swimming and relieves the tension from sitting at a desk all day. I'd highly recommend giving it a go!
