The Pilates Vault is just wonderful Sharon and her team are so professional and accommodating. I organised a group booking and the studio could not have been more welcoming and the class was absolutely perfect. It was so well explained with just the right amount of challenge. I’ve been attending the Fitness Vault Pilates reformer class for over 3 years. Sharon is an extremely knowledgeable and patient instructor who adapts each class to individual capabilities. The small class size ensures each participant gets the feedback they need to carry out the exercises appropriately in order to achieve maximum benefits and avoid any injury. It’s also very social and good fun!
Such a beautiful studio which has such a great feel to it. Sharon and her team of instructors are all amazing, so knowledgeable but make you feel very welcome and at home. I would highly recommend The Fitness Vault and reformer Pilates to anyone! Reformer has really helped my knee after a skiing accident, and it’s also very enjoyable.
