Leanne’s knowledge on pilates is incredible!With an unbelievable amount of exercises, controlled movements and stretches in her locker I always feel stronger and grounded after each session. I first booked in with Leanne for 6 one to one sessions at her personal studio to help resolve my hip and back pain and she has certainly helped that no end! She offers a calm approach and pays a lot attention to individual needs. Leanne gave me exercises to take away and try at home which have helped me so much. I would highly recommend Leanne and look forward to attending more sessions!
