I’m 42 and have an office job which became even more sedentary during lockdown. I started to experience lower back pain as a result and my GP recommended Pilates. I’ve been doing Pilates with Barbara for about a year now and my lower back is unrecognisable compared with a year ago. I’m no longer in pain in my back and I’m also more flexible now than I’ve ever been. My mood and overall mental health is also in a much better space as a result of not being in pain all the time. I can’t recommend Pilates with Barbara highly enough.
