I've been going to Shore Pilates for around 3 months now and I LOVE it. I've never been able to regularly practice yoga as I've just never connected with it. After a recommendation from a friend, I started looking out for a Reformer class near me. After months of searching, I was thrilled when Shore opened a studio in Kings Park. I now try and commit to 12 classes a month, the perfect addition to my football practice and cycling. The teachers are all really supportive, the classes varied and the studio is a really nice place to be in. My Mum has bad joints and I'm keen to invest in my strength and mobility as much as I can now to prevent issues later on. If you're thinking about Reformer, big recommend Shore!
