I first joined Katie’s Zumba class just over a decade ago and I was immediately taken by her energy and enthusiasm. Today I continue to look forward to her classes; always fun with ever emerging routines and a good work out guaranteed. Enthused, it was then a natural progression to join Katie’s Pilates class and I’m so grateful that I did. A couple of years ago I realised that I had osteoporosis and Katies qualified knowledge, expertise and careful instruction have been invaluable. Somehow Katie has this remarkable ability to offer individualised attention and encouragement just when we need it. Each class is different and invariably supported by a range of equipment; I always finish each one more enlightened and with a smile on my face. Katies classes don’t end there though as we also have the added advantage of online tips as to how we may adapt Pilates principals within our everyday lives as well as the opportunity to socialise as a group by enjoying walks, summer beach classes and retreats to name a few……Just some of the reasons why I would fully recommend and endorse Katies KK Pilates.
