I had such a lovely first hot yoga class with Eleanor. It was a full class and the experience was excellent. I would definitely come again when next in Belfast and will remember to bring a bigger towel as I sweat so much (burnt the same amount of calories compared to a high intensity cardio class, if not higher)!
Visited for the first time for to attend a mindful and mellow yoga class. The instructor Robbie was very descriptive without interrupting the zen atmosphere of the class . Great prices offers. Thank you
