I adore Se7en!! Jaye's power classes were my absolute favourite - such an amazing workout/mindfulness mix. She's so attentive with each move while also always pushing us to do our best. I'm sad that Tuesday Power is changing, but excited to try a Dynamic class. Can't recommend enough

Coach Maria McPhillips was incredibly kind and welcoming — even though I arrived late, she still let me join the session without making me feel awkward. She’s so professional, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. I felt comfortable right away and really enjoyed the workout. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to this studio for half a year now, and I’m mostly attending Maria’s class, and she’s amazing! She checks on everyone and correct our form, and I love how she plans her class because the low is just so great. Her cues are also clear and concise!
